Just a short note to you and your employees to express satisfaction and appreciation for the work you did on our new driveway.  The level of professionalism you and your employees exhibited was very refreshing.  Having dealt with a number of contractors in this area, I have not been impressed with their work ethic or their ability to complete a task in a timely manner.  All future excavating that I am planning, I will be contacting you.  Great job!!
